Yap and the Enchanted Bubbles
In a faraway world, there lived our young hero named Yap.
One day, the peaceful village of Yap was invaded by magical
bubbles created by the evil sorcerer Baltar.
These bubbles had the power to capture precious objects and cause chaos.
Yap discovers an ancient artifact, a magical weapon capable
of shooting projectiles to burst the enchanted bubbles.
Yap embarks on an adventure to save his village and defeat Baltar.
Gameplay
Pop bubbles : You must follow a specific order to pop the bubbles. Blue bubbles first, then red, then green, and finally yellow and boss bubbles.
The color of the bubble on the HUD tells you what color you can pop
Shoot : press button A to shoot with your slingshot
Dash : Double left or double right allows you to run to escape the bubbles quickly
Just Defend : press button B just before the bubble hits Yap. Check : How does “Just Defend” work?

Very nice "Pang" clone with clean scrolling. Unfortunately, the shots are very slow, making it quite difficult and unpredictable to hit opponents. Our German-language review can be found at 05:23:11. English subtitles are also available. Subscription to our YouTube and Twitch channel is welcome. 🙂

I wasn't able to understand the German; the subtitles stop at 4:02 after "Amstrad CPC".
Without the power-ups that speed up the shots, it can be a bit difficult.

Man this is so good! The colors are so vibrant and seamless I forget in playing a Gameboy game. Feels more like SNES or GBA!
